Holy shit you nailed it! It IS Nick Cave! ..after drinking alot and he's got a red nose.
There's an awful lot of people think they've seen this somewhere before.
The Prof had heard that its supposed to be a composite picture of bits of all the Doctors. Presumably after they'd all had a very rough night...
